As continuation of our successful major overhaul of turbo generator for Petkim, SOCAR Turkey, we signed a contract for overhauling of 64 MW Steam Turbine rotor. Scope of Works is as follows:
- Sand blasting
- Inspection (visual, NDT, etc.)
- Rotor demagnetization,
- Dismantling, reverse engineering, manufacturing, and installation of seven rows of blades in LP section,
- Removing of old seal strips and installation of a new once (LP, IP and HP sections),
- Final machining
- High Speed Balancing
- Long term preservation
